ISL6144IR Overview
A 20-VQFN Exposed Pad case is included with it. In Tube cases, it is convenient to pack the part. There is a Surface Mount-axis mounted on the part. We give it a voltage of 9V~75V in order to test it. There must not be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C~105°C for this component. Suitable for components connected in N+1 Power Supplies, Telecom/Datacom Systems. N+1 ORing Controller represents the device category. The FET type can be recognized as N-Channel.
