Packaged in Tape & Reel (TR). In order to save space, it comes in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. It is mounted in the same way as Surface Mount. Temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C when functioning. This system has exceptional performance, which makes it a perfect choice for Secondary-Side Controller, Synchronous Rectifier.
