EPCE4QC100N Overview

The package uses a neat PQFP interface.Data storage is limited to a size of 512kB bytes. The supply voltage is 3.3V.Different types of 100 terminations are available with different functions. The temperature should be kept below NOT SPECIFIED in reflow soldering.100 pins are located on the board. With the help of PARALLEL-processing, data is sent through this memory. In other words, a FLASH memory. There is a capability of operating it at temperatures as low as 0°C, which is extremely low. There should be no more than 70°C degrees of ambient temperature for it to operate. The voltage used to run it should be at least 3V.In terms of the maximum voltage supply, it is rated with a 3.6V rating.50μA is the basis of its operation.
